Woosong University Profile
Woosong University is one of the largest employers of international faculty members in the Republic of Korea, both English as a Foreign Language (EFL) professors and those in various other programs and departments. We have a student body of over 13,000, in undergraduate and graduate programs, from Republic of Korea and over eighty countries around the world, majoring in mostly vocational subjects, such as AI & Big Data, Railway Engineering, Nursing, Culinary Arts, Business and Management, and Media & Communication Arts among others.
International English as a Foreign Language (EFL) professors work with students from many different departments and, though teaching English is their primary role, there are opportunities for teaching other liberal arts courses and for administrative work and other duties.
Spread over several campuses, including our West Campus, East Campus and SolBridge International School of Business, we are located in Dong-gu, Daejeon, Republic of Korea.

Woosong University typically recruits teachers twice a year, to begin in early March for Spring Semester and early September for Fall Semester. We're looking for applicants with at least a master's degree and 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience. Learn more about the application process here!
