Application Process

Please make sure you meet the minimum job requirements before applying for a position at Woosong.

First screening–Submit a cover letter and resume, to the Woosong Hiring Committee at: hiring@woosong.com

Woosong University requires a federal criminal background check (or your country’s equivalent). Note that in some countries a federal background check can take up to twelve weeks. The background check must be issued within six months of the date of visa application.  If this is your first visa, you may be asked to do an interview at an embassy in your home country. Visa transfers require a letter of release must be obtained from one’s current Korean employer. Transfers can be done up to the date of visa expiration. Failure to provide the relevant paperwork in a timely manner may be grounds to cease the application process.
